Suffolk County Council is proposing to make changes to services for people with learning disabilities, based on feedback received from the community. These changes cover areas such as:

  • planned supported breaks
  • urgent respite
  • day, evening and weekend activities
  • short-term enablement and drop-in support service
  • the Suffolk Befriending Scheme grant

Details of all the proposals can be found from the links on Suffolk County Council's consultation page here (with the overview proposal document here), and the consultation survey can be found here. You have until 10th July to submit your response to the consultation.
