The Brexiteers make a dash for the Exit.

As the Tory and Labour Leaders dance around their Pro-Brexit handbags and put Party before Country, major Brexiteers plan a quick exit and move their fortunes out of harm's way.

Last September we highlighted the reality of the Brexiteers promises when they promised an easy pain free exit from the EU. As many of us knew it was just us that was going to experience all the pain.

At the time we pointed out that Jacob Rees-Mogg's City firm had opened a second investment fund in Ireland to avoid the impact of leaving the EU. Nigel Lawson, Baron Lawson of Blaby, former chair of the Vote Leave campaign and arch Climate Change sceptic was applying for his official French residency card and Nigel Farage was refusing make 'his family suffer' and give up his taxpayer-funded EU annual pension, understood to be £73,000 when he turns 63 after Brexit.

More recently Sir James Dyson, another vocal Brexit supporter, announced he was moving the HQ of his vacuum cleaner company to Singapore.

With just 30 working days left to save the Country from falling over the cliff edge, panic is really setting in amongst the most vocal, rich Brexiteers who are packing their bags to leave. Now along with dozens of firms and agencies already resettled in Dublin, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Paris and Singapore, we really know what 'Leave means Leave'

Now according to reports in The Sunday Times and The Guardian, Sir Jim Ratcliffe, supposedly (one of) the richest man in Britain is reportedly planning to shift his home and fortune to Monaco in a bid to avoid £4bn in tax. The 66 year old Chelsea resident and Billionaire Brexiteer Sir James Arthur Ratcliffe, built up the chemicals giant Ineos and was appointed Knight Bachelor in the 2018 Birthday Honours for services to business and to investment. The Sunday Times reports that 'Sir Jim's plan would see him and senior executives legally share between £1bn and £10bn tax-free, depriving the Treasury of between £400m and £4bn'.

Sir Vince Cable, the Liberal Democrat leader, described Ratcliffe's planning as "deeply cynical".

He said: "There are thousands of our constituents who are being bankrupted by HM Revenue & Customs action over small-scale tax avoidance while big fish like Ratcliffe are just treating taxation as purely voluntary.
