Carlford by-election: How fast is your broadband?

More and more, the modern world assumes that we all have access to high-speed broadband. In areas outside larger towns, this is not the case, and too many in the Carlford electoral division are still waiting for the long-promised rollout of faster broadband. The longer we wait, the further we fall behind. The County Council needs to keep up the pressure, and accelerate the rollout, to ensure that residents and businesses get the broadband speeds and access that we need.
