The Liberal Democrats have many special-interest groups, one of which is the Liberal Democrat History Group, which organises events and discussion meetings and publishes material of interest in this area. You can, however, purchase individual issues via the shop on their website, even if you are not a member.

Membership of the Liberal Democrat History Group costs £25 per annum (£15 for the unwaged) for individuals in the UK, and includes a subscription to the Liberal History Journal and discounts on all the Group's publications.
